Ringworm of the Skin
Ringworm or a type of fungal infection is colloquially called ringworm. But in medical terms it is dermatophytosis. It is an infectious disease. From children to the elderly everyone can be affected. Ringworm stages

Ringworm symptoms

Lesions are sometimes scaly. Sometimes water-filled cysts and pus-filled cysts appear. The wound is very itchy.
In the case of ringworm on the head, the hair falls out in the affected area.
In the waist or groin, the skin becomes white and thick.
On the nails, the nails become opaque and brittle.
When ringworm itches, flakes fall from it.
Ringworm causes
Ringworm usually occurs on sweaty body, impure skin, wet or moist skin for long periods of time. It can easily spread from one patient's body to another.
Even if the patient uses comb, towel, bed etc. or wears the clothes of the affected patient, there is a risk of getting infected with this disease. Again spread more through diseased pet cats.
Ringworm treatment
This skin disease is highly contagious. Therefore, if someone in the family has ringworm, treatment should be started immediately.
However, shingles can be controlled by lifestyle changes. Cleanliness and hygiene should be followed in daily life.
Wash your hands with soap and water after touching the infected area to prevent the infection from spreading to other parts of the body.
Wash the infected area frequently to keep it clean. Refrain from using other people's things.
Ringworm medicine
Dad's medicine now works very slowly. For this you have to patiently use ringworm cream for four to five months. Medicines that can be used for ringworm - Oxifan lotion, Fungitac cream, Lulizol cream, Clotrimazole cream, Fungidal cream. Also new eberconazole cream is available now.
Such cream should be used for four months. Besides, those who live with you, be it children or husband and wife, should use soap. Ketoconazole and luliconazole soaps are available. Apply this soap on your face and wash it off after five minutes.
And in case of ringworm, apply ketoconazole shampoo all over the body 15 minutes before bathing. Or you can apply cyclopirox shampoo. Clothes should be worn after shampooing. Take a bath after half an hour.
You can do this thrice a week in winter. But it will take a lot of time, at least four to five months. Failure to do so may require you to change medications frequently. Doctors will give stronger medicine, but your shingles will not get better, there will be more trouble.
Ringworm treatment for humans
