Anti-cancer foods

Sweet potato: It is rich in beta carotene. Beta-carotene reduces the risk of colon, breast, stomach and lung cancer.


Soursop: It is said to be a natural anti-cancer fruit. The name of this fruit tree is Graviola. Its fruits are known by different names. Such as soursop, carosal guanaba, guanabana.


Greens: Native greens such as spinach, kale, collard greens, romaine, arugula, lettuce, helancha are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. It also contains glucosinolates, antibacterial and antiviral properties and carcinogen-inhibiting properties.


Cabbage: Vegetables in this family, such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, Brussels sprouts contain phytochemicals called isothiocyanates, which are capable of preventing cancer. Other vegetables that play a role in reducing the risk of cancer are onions, zucchini, asparagus, artichokes, peppers, carrots and beets.

Bright colored fruits: Oranges, lemons, grapefruits, papayas, all bright colored fruits are rich in carotenoid antioxidants, which boost immunity, detoxify and prevent cancer.


Turmeric: Curcumin present in it acts as an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Anti-oxidants enter the tissues of the human body and make the body anti-cancer from within.
